Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister file a 498a/34 IPc against her husband , her husband's parents , on 20th Oct. 2010 and their marriage solemnized on 21 Jan. 2010. Chargesheet not submitted by Investigeting Officer(IO) . Now her husband is asking for mutual to get bail . Now what she'll do? is it possible to go mutual divorce in case of 498a/34 IPC. If possible then tell me how?

My friend frankly speaking what Ill suggest is that if there is any chance to reconcile then go for the reconciliation and help in making the return of your sister to her husband's place, as only 10 to 11 months have passed when the marriage was solemnized.

Now the question comes as to whether your sister can go for the Mutual Divorce, yes your sister can, and according to me that will be the best option instead of contesting the case and wasting the time and money both.
