Legal Question in Family Law in

My sister has filed a divorce case in Trivandrum and her husband didnot respond to the petition so the case was kept for X party decision.The Judge called both of then to the chamber and discussed the case.He has given next month date to discuss with the parents of both parties.The divorce case is almost a year old.Now her husband files an RCR (2 weaks back) in other district of kerala just to harrse her.What should be done
