My sister has filed petition for divorce, now his husband has send some letter and copy of petition at my office, what action i should take against him.

if the case relates to your sister, why would he send the documents to you. You have no business to even receive them. But, if by mistake, you have already received them, then the documents need to be examined and response is to be sent accordingly.

If you have not received, you may let them go back.
