Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister in law has filed false dowry and dv case against my brother and our family members and claiming on all the property and 25 lac lum sum + 50000 monthly. though it was a purely love marriage for last 10 yrs. now she is staying with her parents and has taken both the kids along with her. actually she wanted divorce from my brother and was not on talking terms for last 2+ yrs. in fact for last two yrs she was not allowing my brother to sleep with her or share same room. despite all that she delivered one child who is now one and half yr old...this made it sure abt her extra marital relationship with her colleague to my brother. my brother is hving few evidences abt her extra marital relationship which he can prove in the court. but i want to know how can we expose her in the court now. my brother is finding difficult to cope up with the current situation he is facing now. he is missing his kids so much. he can't live without them. can we file adultery case against her male colleague she is engaged with..pls help and guide us.

Where is your brother now ? is he interested for a Divorce or not ? He can file for custody of his kids by taking adultery of his wife as a major ground if he has evidence to substantiate his claim.
