Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister in law has put a498;406 on our family and especially on me and my husband she has filed case that we use to harrase her on phone we have never called her as we staying away what can we do to help our selves from this fake case

You have not mentioned the state in which FIR has been registered. In my opinion, first you must apply for your anticipatory bail. Later you have two options. One - file a petition before HIgh Court for quashing of FIR. Second - Face the trial, contest and defend the case.
