Legal Question in Family Law in India
My Sister was married with a guy 6 years ago but it was never registered, the marriage held in a temple and the video recording done by us, her husband's father was a high court Judge and was not agree for the marriage.
The guy emotionally blackmailed to my sister and taken a signature on a stamp paper written that -the marriage and the recording was a play. , and said it was just for his father's satisfaction.
And the guy was playing since 6 year. Every time when we asked that when will you live together, he say's I will talk to my parents soon.
now after so many year we comes to know that he got married with some other girl also 3 year back and having 2 children.
So help me what should we do now.
