Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Sister got married just 2 months back. The husband and his family were eager in dowry. All are indulged in torturing her verbally, daily. Recently, 10 days before when the torture(verbal) goes high my Sister phoned my aunt from her room and shared her views on everyone one of husband's relatives and also by the way she used vulgar words on them, especially on the mother in law and this was tapped as pre-planned by one of husband's relative who is a male of 24 years and has no job and most of the time use to stay in the same home. He called the husband and all his Relatives to a nearby relative home and played it. The Entire family got angry and began to give more torture(vulgar verbal) without telling her this tapped incident. She complained it to her husband, he showed no interest of even hearing it. After 2 days of this incident a Muscle man who is also relative of the husband came and called her vulgarly and began to attack physically and screamingly she came out of the house and entered in to a neighbor's house for help and also she Phoned me. I and my relatives went there quarreled with them and took my sister to my home. After 2 days my sister called the husband and he told that he will never live with her and also told her to don't disturb him anymore.Till now I didn't gone for any legal action.

Now please tell me what are legal steps to be followed to force the husband to live with my sister as well as punish the husband's Relatives?. NOTE: They may edit the phone tapping to their advantage

there is no law in this country that can force a husband or wife to live with each other. as she got married two months back, it is advised to settle the matter by involving elders as you intend to save her marriage. a criminal action can be taken against the relatives who abused your sister and tried to attack her. for that a police complaint can be made.
