Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister got married 17 years ago.She has two kids.Her husband sent a divorce notice.He is telling all the false allegations.Now he is keep on torturing her saying that I will take you and your parents to the court.He is a mama's boy.He has 4 brothers.They are also with him to teach.He is threatening my parents that I'm going to bring you guys to the court.She is scared now.He is desberately getting angry with her.So that she can yell at them and then he can record her voice.But my sister doesn't have anything there to record his voice.His mommy and himself using filthy words to her and to my parents.How to handle this situation.She has a 13 year old daughter and 11 year old boy.He is treating her like a slave.She is a homemaker.She doesn't want divorce.Please help me what we can do.
