My sister return home four months back and her baby boy and all luggage is with her inlaws. the mentally tourctured the girl and create problem for her every day. she left everything and come to parents house.
Boy family is rich and now they start saying that the boy is just work in the business and all the property and business is with the name of mother. If we claim the maintanece, they are supposed to give or not. business Income in in lakhs, but not with the name of boy but boy mother.
how much we can cliam as maintenance till they not accept girl fairly in respectable mode.
Moreover if they not accepted girl , whether we cn calim baby boy , he is 3 years old. please advise.

Yes you cn claim for the maintenance for girl as well as child ...
weather the husband name is there in business or not he has to pay maintenance.....
file a complain in police station for the mental harrashment being created in her family and also make complain in women cell....

dear client she can claim maintenance for her and child. if husband is financially sound then ask maintenance up to 40, 000 rupees per month. yr sister can recover her belongings by filing petition under domestic violence act. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
