Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister is doing teaching job in a private school since 25 years in Assam. Her marriage has been duly performed according to Hindu rites and customs in Varanasi in the year 1975. Her husband, who does a govt. job in U.P.,concealing the fact that he had kept one mistress in his house at Varanasi,U.P., has misguided my sister all his life. When my sister knew this fact, she strongly objected. Instead her husband denied the fact that he married my sister. On the other hand, my sister filed one maintenace case against him which she won and against which her husband preferred a criminal revision in Hon'ble Gauhati High Court which my sister also won.Now my sister has taken leave from her school since the month of August, 2010 and she has now permanently shifted to her sasural at Dildar Nagar in the Dist. of Ghazipur, U.P.. She has also been able to get stay order on some plots of land of the ancestral plots of land which falls in the share of her husband. My sister has also lodged F.I.R. U/s 498 and 494 I.P.C. in Dildar Nagar, Dist. Ghazipur , U.P. against which her husband has approached the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court for quashing of F.I.R.and that case is now under mediation. Now we came to know that he has obtained the Service Record of my sister through R.T.I. from the private school where my sister has been working till the month of August. , 2010.

Now I want to know that is the information derived regarding the service record of my sister will affect the status of the stay order duly obtained by my sister on her husband's certain plots of land and will he also get benefits in the case U/s 498 & 494 I.P.C. duly registered against him in Dildar Nagar P.S. under Ghazipur Dist. in U.P.
