Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sisters husband doesnt look after my sister and her two children,financially or in any other way.married for last 13years.we are supporting them.what action is to be taken.

IF want to move towards court, then file an application for maintenance of her and her wards. and If not satisfied with this then lodge FIR u/s 498a 406 IPC, and /or also use Dv act. for further call in person on my mobile.

What does your sister want ? It is more important for her to decide about her life than anyone else. Your sister can claim maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act from her husband.

she may file a suit for maintenance of herself and her two children and also file a complaint u/s 125 for maintenance.
