my son is working in USA since 2years on H1B visa in an electrical company as an electrical engineer. visa validity is up to November 2011My questions are....

1]As per the present situation how much time it will take to get a green card for him?

2] what are the visa requirements for parents if we want to visit him?

1) Uncertain; may be five to six years

2) If dependent, you may seek H-4; otherwise, you may come as visitor on B-1/B-2.
