Legal Question in Family Law in India

My son-in-law is business man he is having business on his parents name
He is having land near to visakapattanam where he is doing his brick business
Along with his parents.
In my daughters marriage we have given as dowry 5 lacs cash,30 tulas gold,
300 yards land on my daughter name. The money which given by us there
is no written having evidience of my colougues..
After one year she given birth to male
baby. She is with me for 5 months after going to in-laws my son-in-law started
beating her the reasons are not cleaning the house properly. We warned by
police even though he not stopped beating finally the police called and warned
him if u do in this way we wont leave u. (At that time we have not booked
any case on him) After that day he gone to his business place and living with
his parents not coming to wife and not giving any money we waited for
10 months and requested to come but he forced my daughter to come @ that place
where he is doing his business but my daughter refused due to his parents also
harrshed here when she was with them for some days. Then we booked 498A case
against them the police arrested my son-in-law and his father but not arrested
his mother. After that we in our own filed petition for maintenance and domestic
violence. After that he came to us and asked for compromise we said ok but
not take case back he is coming to my daughter but not keeping any sexual
contact with my daughter. Now the judgment has come due to living together
there is no question of giving separate maintenance. After that he stopped giving
money nor arranging commodities required in home nor looking the son. He
only came for compromise to make the case weak with his lawyers advise.
My lawyer not giving any suggestion nor explaining to the judge in court.
And also in domestic violence case both lawyers told they are coming for
Compromise so 2 months gap they have given and also they requested
Their parents are unable to attend the court now they dosnt have any tension
Nor to pay money nor domestic violence case. Pl. suggest me.
Actually I want the following things.
If my daugh speak loudly any bad immpression to judge while cross question?
1. Can we claim dowry without asking divorce .
2. Can I ask divorce due to no sexual contact.
3. How to can I claim maintenance separate living with him.

SINCE your case comes under domestic violence act and also DHC firstly ask the court for divorce basing on his and his parents mental and physical torture and secondly ask the court to deposit a sum of rs 25 lakhs in name of your daughter and her son as maintenance and alimony and make sure if even they come to compromise that the conditon of depositing the moeny in name of your daughetr who can meet her montlhy expenses of her son and herself are satisfied fully.

Do not worry courts will give you full justice
