If you go for mutual divorce then prepare a deed of sepration and terms and condition regarding, child, maintenance,, dowry articles, settlement amount etc. and file u/s 13B and after appering twice or thrice in court, you both will get divorce within 6 months.

If you are a Hindu or the marriage was performed as per Hindu rites and ceremonies, you may initiate proceedings under the Hindu Marriage Act. You may also file an application for child custody and spousal/child support, if your income is not sufficient.

you can enter an agreement and in that you may mention about the custody of the and the file a divorce by mutual consent. in that you also annex the agreement. give a statement before the court and divorce is granted.

you can file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. you can file case for guardianship of the child
