Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am SRI HARSHA, an Indian. My father has 2 male siblings and one female sibling. My father is struggling with utmost poverty and the other two male siblings are enjoying the property of my grandfather and my grand father and my uncles (my father's siblings ) treat us like animals and there is not even a single instance when my grand father helped my father financially and we are still living in poverty. This apart whenever we go to their house, they will chide my father as harsh , so that my father gets hurt so bad that he even doesn't think of going to their house frequently( My two paternal uncles live with my grandfather in that single house). These people don't even visit our house. How can we win our share of property from them (grandfather)? Please advise.

The most important thing is to ascertain whether the property is ancestral or not. If it is, then file a suit for partition. Court will decide the share.
