Stamp paper aggreement

my wife has admits her adultry in 50 Rs stamp paper, now this stamp paper is with me she has signed this paper but not attested by notary. Now she has files the case of 498a. can I use this against her?

this is a week sort of an evidence and she can always take the defence that you forced her to signed the papers. u need to have a direct proof of adultry.
