I stay in gujrat and my in laws acted criminally with me, they are in rajasthan and my husband is in dubai I too worked as a lecturer in medical college in dubai I am a doctor,I was staying with my husband in dubai,my inlaws beat me up in dubai,they all including husband had a conspiracy against me I did not know,got me from dubai ,left me alone at ahmedabad airport and went to rajasthan saying that I should go to my parents place,if I file FIR how will hehusband) be brought before court of law

first, if you desire and you have a valid visa, why not go back to dubai and join the company of your husband. You should think in terms of filing FIR if you decided not to save marriage. If you had not filed a complaint about being beaten up in dubai, what complaint would you file here. Ofcourse, cruelty travelled with you to Ahmedabad in India. Ahmedabad has the jurisdiction. Once you file, the court will summon him.
