Re: to stay in my house

You have to informed the police about the true facts that complaint of your wife is false as she herself had forced you to leave her and the hosuse.

It will be your choice to back to the house and live with your wife or not. However, it will be better for to back to the house and live with your wife and child in case if there is no apprehension in your mind that your will be in danger if you live with your wife.

You are also the natural guardian of your child and equal right over the cusdoty and to look after the welfare of the child. For exclusive cusdoty, you may fle petition for the cusdoty of the child in the competent court of law. For further query contect me or any lawyer

About 'missing' report, you may inform the police. about your belongings, you may ask your wife for the same; you are allowed to claim custody of your child through court of law.

Try for an amicable settlment, even if some compromise is required to be made.

Families should be broken easily.
