Legal Question in Family Law in India
Myself staying in gujarat. I have filled 498 and domestic violence case in gujarat against my husband and in-laws.They didnt appeared for first hearing of both case.for 498 case judge has issued warrant against them.They are residing in ranchi, jharkhand.Now i am sure that they will bribe the police and will not be brought arrested.After that might be they will run away.As they are in rental house.Also my husband is having private coachin.Now my intention is not their arrest but they should come in court.My father has given 10 lacks money as cash to them in dowry and besides so many.All my stridhan are with them.I am not havin a single saree with me. I am having one year old daughter.They are having permanent address at village where they are having 200 bigha farms in aurangabad.Can warrant be issued there in their name.I am not geeting what to do to get them in Gujarat?

they stay in ranchi city at rental house, but native place is aurangabad
where they are having many property.But go there for collection once in a
year.Always do not stay there.MY husband is taking class in ranchi for IIT
mathematics.How to get them. If they run away.Also i ma not having there
permanet living address.As he left the house he was residing before.So i
have mentioned the office address for warrant

You can seek permission to accompany the police to execute the warrant.
