Myself staying In Gujarat. I have filled 498 and domestic violence against my husband staying in ranchi.If he is not appering in court for hearing date how wourant can be issued to him.How he can be braught and arrested in baroda?

In 498, if the husband is not remaining present, then u can move application for warrant to the concerned court. the court itslef will issue warrant.
