Legal Question in Family Law in India

Myself staying in gujarat along with my one year old daughter with my parents.I got married two years back in ranchi.My husband filled divorce after four months of marriage without my knowledge.they were tourchering me in every expect for divorce and when i denied they behaved with me as i am mental and taking me to mental hospital.befor this my mother came and tooke me to gujarat along with her.I didnt filled any case with the intention that one day everything will be ok and give birth to baby.Again i went to matrimonial hose.theybehaved with me and my daughter in very miserable manner.Even didnt give medical threatment to both of us.Did everything to kill my child.Again i was send to vadodara.I didnt filled any case.after a year i received case paper from family court but id didnt received as we were out.He made paper publication.Now i filled domestic vilonece and 498 againt him in gujarat.whose hearing is on 28th Oct 09 and 5th Nov 2009.Now the paper publication date in family court is on 4th Nov 2009.My question is how can i appear on 4th anf 5th N0v when travelling by train is of two nights.My husband can afford plane but i cant.Is possible that my local advocate attend the hearing in family court.Pls answer.He should not get x-party decision.I have signed vakalatnama in ranchi so that my advocate can attend the hearing.Pls suggest

Already advised that you must appear before courts/ authorities without fail. You can however, consult your local lawyer to seek an exemption in appearing before Protection Officer as could not afford airfare and cannot be at two different places within days.

Please avoid repeat questions on the same issue.

Ask your local lawyer to take the date but you have to appear before family court to defend the exparte.
