my step father beats me i dont want to live with my parents i was born in germany my mother and her lover means my step father forcefully take to me india and i waNT TO GO BACK TO MY BIRTH PLACE I HAD SOME PROOF WHICH WILL make you trust on me i am realy on pain pls understand my step father spoilt out my life please help me4 to go back to germany my mother left my real father and came to india with her lover please help i dont wants to live here.... please help

it is better you meet a lawyer in person. are you a major or a minor? legal help would certainly solve this problem.
you need to mention your age. Since you were born in Germany, you are a german and contacting the German embassy in india will resolve all your issues. If you are 14 or above, you are entitled to apply independently for your passport without the consent of your parents.
