step mother some more information

sir ,

regarding the step mother querey,my father have not written any willor a gift letter. but he himself told me few years before expiring that my step mother forced him to sign on some papers which say that any property existing presently relates to her and herown children and his dead wifes children will have no right.there are no details about any ancestral property but she haveno other means of income and my father is retiered employ and full pension holder

Unless and untill the papers does not come out,you donot have anything to challenge the same.However,there are ways to bring out the papers and also to assert you right.Contact with details,professional charges are applicable.

well, if she has a will in her favour, she is entitled to enjoy inheritance; though you may be entitled to challenge the will in a civil court which takes a long time to fructify, unless the parties choose the compromise by a mutual amicable settlement.

A will can always be challenged in the court of law. If your father has said you that some papers were focebily made signed, then that fact, u can also reaveal in court, and use it as evidence.
