Legal Question in Family Law in India
What is the strategy to get divorced in a short time? The wife is torturing husband and his in laws are threatening that they will bring gundas and attack my family. Since most of the cases are in favor of women and even are society tend to believe what women says, but you cannot clap with one hand and there is no smoke without fire.This is about my elder brother who is suffering, they did black magic and all because of which my brother got seperated and accepted later that i know their family is into this. We tried explaning their family that lets sit and talk but everytime they came, they thereten my elder brother. Her wife doesn't like my mom and dad sits in my elder brothers car, she doesn't like if she come and see her grandaughter, she abused my mother and dad many times. I have few evidence as well which i recorded over the phone. I am saying my sister in law can go to any extent and doesn't mind talking shit. She hitted my brother quite a number of times and couldn't do anything, since her family was thretening him. I would be really helpful if u can suggest us what needs to be done and what is the scope of getting divorce without paying . They recently had a baby girl, so we want that girl and want to keep her in good surroundings not like their family
