I would like2 know abt the things ncuded in streedhan
My husband has fied a divrce case. I want 2 know if the gifts and jewelery given 2 me by my in-laws will be given 2 me or it will remain with the husbands family?

Madam,
stridhan articles includes all articles like gifts/jewellary etc. which woman receives at the time of marriage and also after marriage,hence,the jewellary given by your inlaws are also amount to your stridhan.

Any gift or dowry given to bride by any side i.e either bride or from grooms side at time of her marriage is considered and included to be her Streedhan, and no one execpt her has right over it. If anyone else besides the bride takes her streedhan in part or whole is bound to return her.
yes you can claim all of your streedhan from your husband.
but if you have deserted your husbands house you might have to prove existence of your jewellery in court if at all he refuses to handover jewellery to you
