Stridhan
Divoce petition is filled on the grounds of impotency of husband. Exchange of articles has taken place. Both the party has got a written document for the same. Friend's Husband has attached the copy of acknowlegement given by friend's brother alongwith the written statement submitted by him. This acknowlegement clearly says that friend's brother has collected the articles given by mothers side and returned the articles back which were given by husband's side. This proves that presently articles (stridhan) is under husbands custody.
They have stated in their WS that claiming for articles is a after thought & to harrass husband. Exchange has taken place mutually.
Case is not yet heard by the judge.
Under the given situation, is my friend entitle for stridhan.

ur friend is infact entitled to her stridhan whether given by her parents or by her husband and his parents. which case has been filed by your friend. its better if the details are given or u may call me at 9811284735 for further clarifications.

the stridhan should be returned to the lady; even the articles given by husband and his family constitute istridhan and she is entitled to its return irrespective of any writing.
