submitting of evidence

if petitioner in divorce case is asked to file evidenceby affadavite and he has some submission of respondent in cd,will it be helpful and when and how to utilize it and iis it compulsury to give it along with affadavite,

yes, it is compulsory to give the cd along with affidavit by way of evidence and the CD needs to be exhibited alongwith affidavit. you need to prove the CD before the court.

One is not "asked" to file evidence in courts; it is requirement of the litigant to produce his/her evidence to support his/her pleadings.

In a pending case, you may need to follow advice of the conducting counsel in the matter of producing evidence in court.

One is not asked to submit evidence but it is requirement of law to produce evidence at its appropriate stage. It may either be in person or on affidavit, if so directed by the Court. Evidence on CD may also be useful.
