My uncle had adopted me 30 years back. My actual living mother is still alive and is the key witness of my adoption and has given a written consent that i was adopted by my uncle from child hood. All my educational certificates bear the name of my uncle as the legitimate father. He has left behind certain property which is already transfered into my name. But unfortunately one of the house still has his name and my name has been inserted into as the legal heir of my uncle. I have other documents also signed by my uncle stating that i am his only son but adoption here is not mentioned. Again to say my certificates and identity cards bear the name of my uncle as my father. Now that I want to delete the name of my uncle from the said house and insert mine which has already been inserted as a minor 20 years back. I would like to seek advice.
