Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi I am suffering from big mentally torture by my In-Laws since so many days. There are not sending back my wife and child to my home. They are making so many false excuse that I did this or that. My wife is also supporting them. I am facing a big mentally torture. Some time they said the I demand dowry. I will do suicide if they will not sent back my wife and child. They are threatening that we(my in-laws) will go to court and you will be in jail please help me out.
