Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Sumit married for last 3 years and have 11 months old daughter.My wife always abuse me and my parents.Even we live separately in different city she use to quarrel with me and also not allow my baby to come near me .She sometimes use to scream that I m beating her in mid night and day and gather neighbors .She used to beat me and say nobody can believe you that I am beating you rather I will say you are beating me.She broke mobile laptops and other costly items.She also make my baby cry and not gave her food ion time which make me angry and helpless.She also broke relationship with my family and not allow my parents to come to my place.Now her father took her to his place but their also family of my in laws spreading rumors that we are beating her not giving her food.I have some audio recordings where she is abusing me and my baby.Some video also where she is screaming I am beating her but I was away.On inquiring now we learnt that being only child she is stubborn and violent from childhood.Now we are helpless and I am leading miserable life as she threats me and my family that she will book dowry and violence case if I will not go to take her back from my in laws house.After she will be back again she will start same thing and my life become night mare.She has insulted me and my family in front of whole society and she do this in earlier place also where I was posted .As all the law in India is towards women protection please suggest me what I can do to get rid of this problem from my life and take out my parents ,my baby and myself from this situation.Please help me.
