Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm sunil from Hyderabad. my wife applied for divorce in September 2009.and she married another person without divorce and she given birth to another baby. i leaved her after knowing about that. i had a son 6years old staying with her. she don't want to give my son to me, but i want my son. what can i do now.

First file the case of bigamy as she has not took divorce from you hence her second marriage is void. Then file case for custody of child.
