Whether supreme court can transfer a civil case pending in district court at j & k to other states. tell me its citation

Yes, the Supreme Court is empowered to transfer a case from one State to another State. The provision to be invoked would depend upon nature of the case. No citation is necessary. Your counsel will be better equipped to prepare the Transfer petition.
