Myself Suresh, I am from India.
I am in relationwith a girl, unfortunately her parents are forcing her to get married to someone else. When the guy came to meet her for the first time, she already told that she is not prepared for marriage, and want to concerntrate on her career, still her parents are forcing her to get married.
Mentally she is not at all prepared for marriage, which is not being fixed with her consent. I also tried to make her parents understand the scenario, but they are not ready to listen. Their main problem is that I am not from their caste, I also tried to make them understand that when your daughter will not be happy with this marriage, then what is the use of this marriage.
She has confirmed me that she will give divorce to that bugger, and come back to live with me. Please advise me the procedure for getting divorce which I can forward to her, so that she can start acting on it.
Please advise for a smooth procedure for getting divorce

unless she marries the guy how can she divorce him.
