surrogate mother

I have applied for divorce and the case is pending for more than 2 years due to several adjourments from my wife side. I have been deprived of even seeing my adopted daughter. we adopted after 10 years due to my wife infertility... I am longing to be with my child but I have been advised that it will take a long time for the verdict in the Guardianship case... Can I go for Surrogacy for a child.... is it allowed without getting consent from my estranged wife... and is it as per the law. I dont want my estranged wife to have any hold on my child born through surrogacy if its legal.

The law is silence on surrogacy. therefore, you may take your chances.
