I am Swetha from India.
I have a problem: My boy friend was married but they are not living together since one and half year. They were not taken the divorse legally. Shall i marry him? If i will marry him what type problems i have face.
What i have to do for marry him.
Please suggest me..

Dear Swetha Ji:
Please note that your BF must divorce his wife before you marry him. If you marry him without his obtaining divorce first, then, it would be an illegal marriage. You will never have any right of a wife. Tomorrow in case of any problem with BF, you will have no right to claim in the court.
No Ma'am you can not marry him unless he gives Divorce to his wife through Court of Law.
