Legal Question in Family Law in India

tax complaint

hi. pls see the facts. DVA 2005 and 498A pending. 498A has not been chargesheeted yet. section 125 is also pending. Now the accused has filed a complaint in IT department stating that since the complainant in these cases has said that they have spent so much on the wedding, where did this money come from? This complaint is filed so as to force us to give up with the cases and take them back but we are not interested for the same and not willing to do that. the accused in the IT complaint was a govt employee but now retiered. What can be the implication of this complaint in 498A , dva and 125 cases? and what effects can it have on the accused in IT complaint.? the fact is that the aggrieved party spent huge amount in the wedding , and father of the bride had been paying taxes every year. since he was a govt employee tax was always deducted by itself every year from the salary. It is only from the savings wedding was done . I need your detailed advice on it. since i have already engaged a local lawyer pls dont suggest the same. Thanks to all the lawyers who have spent time reading it.

Re: tax complaint

normally, it is a counterblast usually got done by the lawyers.

however if such complaint has been filed before the IT Dept. , you have to defend it, even in cases of dowry or 498-A, the girl or her parents has to prove the vast allegations levelled against the boy or his family.
