Hi Team,

I filed Restitution of Conjugal Rights in the month of June 2009 and today i received my wife's counter today. She prayed to dismiss my RCR and also stated that i harassed for additional dowry. What are next steps in this RCR or steps involved in getting RCR decree?. Is there any trail after reconciliation?. What is the best for me to make an amendment it to Divorce.

Her allegation of dowry demand may cause trouble for you. It may be better for you to consider an amicable out of court settlement.
