My tender aged kid is with my inlaws in one city. Myself and my spouse are working in different cities[and states]. Since all three are in different cities my spouse refuses to bring allow my baby to stay with me. We are not divorced, but I want my child with me. What legal options can I take?

You both are depriving the child of the love and care required at this tender age. It will be a difficult case but not impossible to get the custody but normally up to age 5 years it is mother who is custodian of the child. Here in this case she has also left the child to her parents. So, if you could show and convence the court that you may provide better welfare of the child because of any circumstance prevailing at the inlaws place, you will stnd better chance or else the custody would continue.
Being the natural guardian, you may bring the child with you if you have adequate arrangements to take care of the child.
