Legal Question in Family Law in India

Are ther any NGOs mediating in div cases out of court.

Dear Sir,

From replies reeived I find that it will take considerable time to get divorce. I would appreciate if you suggest any NGO in India that may help me in setting the div case out side ourt and then submit prceedings to the court for approval and ordering. Is there any other approach for settling the div soon? I being a women has suffered at the hands of my husband and in laws and court may waste rest of my life. Please answer soon.

if both of you are agreeable then you can get divorce by mutual consent which is not a very long process. There si no way of getting divorce outside court.
