I have very much sufferred cruelity in dubai and India,I stay in gujarat,my in laws are in rajasthan husband in dubai,I do have a valid visa for dubai,will it help if lodge a complaint against him in dubai as well as file a compalint in gujarat,I am not thinking in terms of saving marriage just want justice.

You may talk to your husband and if he is ready to make a settlement then seperate gracefully and buy peace for yourself.
yes, you may take an action, both at dubai and gujrat as cause of action arose at both the places.
