please tell on this......yesterday i asked the question regarding the matrimonial home in the name of my mother in law ....when i left my matrimonial home my husband lived with me there all cases have been filed on that adress and even the summons for arrest were issued on the same address but nw my husband has taken a very small house on rent and the house is in the name of my mother in law its not the ancestrel property .. i don't want any share in their property but i wanmt to know about my right to residence . please tell will it be according to the status of my matrimonial home or according to the rented house of my husband ...he is the only son and two married sisters ....if my mother in law sells the house then what can i do ....

you can ask for residential orders under domestic violence act
You may claim residence as per status of your husband and not your mother-in-law. However, you may seek a restraining order / injunction against your mother-in-law from evicting you till the case is decided. An injunction against sale by her may also be prayed.
