thx sudershan g , my full question is as my father executed a will whereby my mother will hav wat shud i say ownership of the property till she alive after her i shall be the owner of the property, now my divorce case is pending , can my wife who is also earning more then me or my 2 year son can claim share in the property even my mother is alive.i.e my wife or my minor son hav or hav nt right of property in the life time of my mother. my father died two year ago

No, your wife or son cannot claim share nor will then have any right in the life time of your mother or your life time. Once divorced, your wife will have no right whatsoever in your property or property you inherit.
