Appealing AB is not ur discretion in high court. It is sole discretion of high court and usually, the same judge hear the same matter till rostar of high court will not change.
For APB, u have to made out ur case very carefully. on Friday, i help a husband and got APB but for that we have to work hard and there should be some solid points.
U may send us ur details and may be we will help u in ur place.
Regards
