Legal Question in Family Law in India
Time to appeal in mantainance case .6@
As my husband filed divorce case, I filed a case for interim mentainance . But I am not satisfied with the interim mentainance amount order given by the district court. I want to appeal against the order in the
Highcourt . Already twenty days
passed . What is the time required to appeal in the Highcourt and what documents
required for appeal ?
