how much time does a crime against women cell take to transfer a case to police station if parties does not agree fot mutual concert .

did after written of fir police arrest in sv case or they have to kke permission from court.do police give some time for having anti bail

Immediately, once the conciliation between the parties have fallen out. What is sv and kke in your message ? Police is suppose to arrest the accused(s) immediately after the registration of a case .
