what if at the time of divorce the non custodian parent gives up his right of visitation of the child and after 6years puts an application in the court to restore his visitation right and the girl child who is 14yrs old doesnot wish to meet him?

being a natural guardian even if the right is revoked before the court, the same would be restored as the relationship cannot be denied and the rights and duties flowing out of it would sustain.

visitation application can be moved with change of circumstances, but, if the child who is 14 does not want to visit, will the court compel the child, i doubt

I agrree; court cannot compel the child to meet with you; and in a situation like this, you may not be allowed visitation rights, unless you can establish that the child is facing some harm or that her welfare is not being looked after well in the available atmospere.
