Is there any time limit to appeal against an order of the division bench of the high court either in the supreme court or in the same high court?(compensation case in favor of the wife)

I agree. However, the days spent for obtaining a certified copy of the High Court Judgement are excluded (or added in 90 days). For exact calculation of your last date of limitation, you should contact your lawyer (Advocate-on-Record) in Supreme Court who has to be engaged for filing SLP
