Time Limit for Filing Annulment

This is regarding my previous que. ''STAMP PAPER DIVORCE ,CHEATING & BIGAMY''

(1)Is there a time limit of one year for filing annulment of marriage?

From which date (A) from the date of marriage registration done OR (B)From the date the fraud of previous marriage discovered?(How to show this date to court that you have discovered her previous marriage on so and so date)

Please reply me because my marriage registration is going to complete one year in this august2008 and my wife and in-laws have no proof that they can say that I knew her previous marriage. Also she has stated UNMARRIED in my marriage registration form, neither she has taken court's decree instead only did stamp paper agreement with both of husbands.

The fraud should be reported as soon as possible; if you want to initiate legal action on an allegation of fraud, you should not wait for the limitation period; you need to act fast without waiting for the expiry of limitation period.

i told u that u need not to do anything and file the annulment whenever u want. UR MARRIAGE IS NOT VALID so you have nothing to do for annulment
