Time Limit for filing challan against FIR

FIR has been registered in March 2008 against me under section 498-A, 506. Challan has not been produced in court, what is the maximum time that is allocated for police to file challan in court ?

60-90 days is the maximum time for filing challan but police can take extension with the permission of the court.

60/90 days depending on the court but time can be extended by the court if ask for.

Challan u/s 173 Cr. P. C. is to be filed by the police after investigation is completed for which no time limit is stipulated.
