this is a case where mental cruelty as well as physical cruelty was inflicted upon you. at present you have no option but to get yourself cured of the disease and then you may take legal action under Domestic Violence Act.

all would depend upon what exactly do u want. If you want to save your marriage, you need not agree for divorce and may contest if he files one. If you also do not want to save marriage or you think marriage cannot be saved, then talk out the terms of settlement including maintainance, alimony etc..and go for mutual divorce rather than getting into litigation
